Pepperment Oil improves lung function. Menthol, present in the mint family, displays antispasmodic activity. It works as a decongestant, which means it helps to soothe swollen membranes in the nose and loosen mucus that gets stuck in the respiratory pathway.

Oregano Leaf is POSSIBLY SAFE when taken by mouth or applied to the skin appropriately as medicine. Mild side effects include stomach upset. Oregano might also cause an allergic reaction in people who have an allergy to plants in the Lamiaceae family.
Pepperment Oil taken orally include heartburn, nausea, abdominal pain, and dry mouth. Rarely, peppermint oil can cause allergic reactions. Capsules containing peppermint oil are often enteric-coated to reduce the likelihood of heartburn.
Lungwort there isn't enough reliable information to know if lungwort is safe or what the side effects might be. Pregnancy and breast-feeding: There isn't enough reliable information to know if lungwort is safe to use when pregnant or breast-feeding. Stay on the safe side and avoid use.
Mullein Leaf & Flower based on anecdotal evidence and published studies, there are no reports of major side effects from mullein. Some species of mullein may cause contact dermatitis , a skin reaction that can cause itching, rash, and irritation.
