BENEFITS:

Niacin - Vitamin B3 has been shown to increase adiponectin by 21% and reduce inflammation. Niacin may help break down fat cells and rid the body of toxins, which could theoretically support weight loss.

Rhodiola Root can reduce visceral white adipose tissue and increase hypothalamic norepinephrine to help prevent diet-induced obesity. Rhodiola's most active compound, rosavin, has been shown to trigger a fat-burning response.

Astragalus is an herb that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries, and is shown to have immune-boosting, anti-aging and anti-inflammatory effects.

L-Ornithine has been found to help with weight loss, as it helps to reduce fat storage and increase fat burning. L-Ornithine has been shown to increase lean body mass - which helps you lose fat and build muscle at the same time. It also helps you regulate blood sugar.

L-Carnitine transports fatty acids into the mitochondria and acts as a cofactor for fatty acid oxidation, researchers have proposed using L-carnitine supplements to promote weight loss.

L-Glutamine  a powerful amino acid shown to lead to significant weight loss and better insulin regulation. What’s more, glutamine supports many other processes in the body, such as its role in the immune system and intestinal health.

L-Arginine works by using converting your body's fat reserves into energy. Your body's fat reserves are consumed to produce energy, and also aid muscle mass formation and development. L-arginine also increases your resting metabolic rate, allowing it to burn more calories. L-arginine is one of many amino acids the body needs to function properly. Like other amino acids, L-arginine plays a role in building protein.

Maca this natural stimulant may speed up the metabolism, burning more calories and creating weight loss over time. Thousands of studies have demonstrated that maca significantly improves lipid and glucose metabolism.

Beta-Alanine an amino acid, it does nothing to boost muscle gain or burn fat, rather, it buffers against acid build-up which then allows the individual to work out harder and longer. The net result of this is of course greater muscle gain and fat loss

African Plum Bark is an excellent source of bioactive components such as flavonoids, polyphenols,  iron, and vitamin C. African Plum Bark  has antioxidant, antiproliferative, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiestrogenic effects. This means that it as the ability to help prevent free radical damage.
